Booked this hotel for my parents to stay and my mom got bit by bed bugs. Place smelt like weed and very noisy even after midnight.

Positive: Once inside the room it was ok. It had been renovated and the decor was nice. Negative: The outside was very dirty cigarette butts everywhere. Biggest complaint was the clientele.People were slamming doors all hours, hanging outside the exits smoking and very loud. Felt like I was staying at a homeless shelter. NEVER stay here again.

I was not a guest at the hotel, just dropping someone off who was staying for a couple of weeks. The person who was staying had many items and there were no luggage carts to be found anywhere. The very accommodating gentleman who was manning the very busy front desk alone, went above and beyond to assist me in getting the guest's items to her room, with permission from his manager. I just want to say thank you for all of your help and for making this transition a smooth one.

We had a great experience, our room was extremely clean. We traveled with our dog and the staff was polite and welcoming. We love to hike and Debbie went out of her way to help us locate the best trails in the area. We will definitely be staying there again.
