Upon first arrival, both jacuzzi and shower tub were completely dirty. My girlfriend and I had to ask someone from the front desk to clean them both and that someone was the only one working when we got there. The bed was too hard for my girlfriend to sleep in and hurt her back. The sheets and blankets made us itch. We had to ask for towels at least a couple of times. On the second day when we left for a good eight hours, we came back to find the room still the same mess it was in as we left it. This experience eventually made both uncomfortable so we told the manager that we will be leaving a day early. When politely asking if we could get a refund or compensation, the manager told me to talk to the 3rd party. Yet when I did, the third party told me that it was they (Baymont) who needed to help out with that. So obviously the manager is a compulsive liar and weasel. He only cares about the money than his customers. This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I ever had. If anyone plans on going there, don't bother. They overcharge us 203 dollars per night for a suite and it wasn't worth it. Go somewhere else.

Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The TV was very nice also. Negative: The room had lots of broken things such as paint peeling off wall, shower head broken, ceiling had black spots all over it. The rooms need to be updated.

Had a room for one night for a over night work event. The tv remote initially did not work, but staff was able to correct it after about 45 minutes. One of the beds was broken as it sagged alot in the middle when you laid on it. There were stains on the back of the chair, nightstand, main door, and in the bathroom. The shower curtain rod was coming apart and many stains in the tub. At one point a lamp stopped working and a few others would not work either. Many outlets did not work as well and they had surge protectors in many of the outlets. The sink also leaked underneath along the piping, soaking the floor underneath. My coworker then found bed bugs in her bed. We contacted the front desk and received a refund immediately and got a different hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Cleanliness needs to be address and updates need to be done. It did seem that this hotel is more of a pay for the week/long term stay for people. The front desk worker Conrad was very friendly and helpful and was the most positive portion of the short stay.

I've been staying here for quite a while and it's very nice. The staff is kind. Free breakfast, there is a gym and pool. Mini fridge in the room and microwave, also coffee maker in room. There are meeting rooms, its wheel chair parking and drive up entrance. I'm very much enjoying my stay.
