When you walk in there is always a smiling face. This Hotel is extremely clean and full of great helping staff. Everyone is kind and they always have a smile. Plus the Hotel has everything you need. The gym is opened 24hrs plus the pool is heated and hot coffee/tea all day and night. Hot breakfast, not just a donut. My family and I had a wonderful time.....THE MARRIOTT Company has always been great Hotel and motels to stay in.....Thank you FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITE S BY MARRIOTT.....For a Great relaxing stay.!!!!

Staff was pleasant, thorough, and efficient . They were fine representatives of the Marriott brand. Rooms were up-to-date, clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast was outstanding, including my waffle which stuck to the waffle iron because I forgot to spray it before pouring the batter in!

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in & out were super easy. Loved the fire pit outside! The girl who works 2nd shift - I believe her name was Tracy was AMAZING . Super helpful and friendly. The other front desk staff was great as well ! Would definitely recommend to friends & family & plan to stay again for my next trip! The room was super clean. The have excellent shower products. Everything was fully stocked. Plenty of towels. Bed was super comfy: just an all around great stay!!

This was our third time in a couple of months staying at this hotel. Our first two experiences were better than this stay. In spite of making the reservation well in advance, we were given a room next to the elevator. When I talked to the front desk clerk about it, I thought he was a little flippant n his attitude. He said, "Did you ask NOT to be put next to the elevator? Next time if you ask, we will make an effort not to put you next to the elevator." I told him I felt that would most likely be the last room they give someone. I don't think there are too many people who request to be next to the elevator. Also, this was the first time we were on the front of the hotel. Very noisy early in the morning (like 6:30) because of the businesses in front of the hotel. Also, there was no luggage rack for our suitcase in the room. So, if you don't want to be next to the elevator, please indicate that, and also request a room on the back side of the hotel if you want quiet. This is a nice hotel, clean, well appointed, with a good breakfast and for the most part friendly staff. It is pricey (as are all the decent hotels in Chillicothe), so I have high expectations.
