Positive: Nothing Negative: Room smelled cigarette smoke. Hotel tried changing the room, but second room also smelled cigarette smoke. Lots of construction dust everywhere. Hotel was under construction. They should have closed this hotel for construction.

Rooms were clean. The price was affordable. Will stay again next time I'm in town.

Hotel room was very nice, construction is ongoing and they were working on the room across the hall but didn't make much noise and it was after 9 am before they started working. Walls are a bit thin, I was alone so it wasn't an issue but I have no doubt of my wife were with me half the hallway would know what was up. That's not great, hence the 4 star rating. But, it's economical and clean, no craziness in the hallways or parking lot and that goes a long way in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Positive: Nothing. Would never stay again. Negative: So gross. Everything was dirty or broken in the room. Was extremely loud and disruptive due to proximity to other businesses. Did not feel safe here. Would have gone somewhere else if my booking hadn¿t been nonrefundable.
