How is t the internet says no wait. And not busy I get there and only one truck in the parking lot the guy tells us he’ll be with us in a min then stands there for two mins and walks away. We just waited 10 mins and nothing no one took our order

It's normally really good. It is a local one of a kind place, but they tend to have kids working there. I don't imagine they have majorly impressive sales, so they probably can't afford much staffing.

Is there any place in or near Hillsboro that serves deer steak or deer burgers?

No. I know you can get buffalo meat at the Clinton County Corn Festival the first Friday - Sunday after labor day.
