Speed of service was actually very surprising. Tried the new macncheese chicken bowls wasnt good the macncheese was old.

50/50 you get half your food because they can't keep stock. Never have chicken sandwich. Carbonation is always low. Biscuits are actually rocks. You're a chicken restaurant.....come on now. This is a continuous problem.

Purchased 2 -16 piece dinners at drive thru. With numerous sides for a mother's day dinner. Got home 25 miles away to find 12 pieces of chicken in one container and 4 pieces in the 2nd container. Only got a total of 16 pieces. I did get all of my sides. Called and left a voice mail 4 times over the next 6 hours. Nobody ever returned my calls. Spent 105.00 . Check every single item if I ever go back.

Employee at drive thru was very nasty towards me. Did not receive any sauce like I asked for. Was give 2 different prices from the time I ordered and when I got to the window, 7 cent difference. Is someone pocketing the extra money? Thought KFC might have gotten their act together, but it doesn't seem so!
