Drove an hour to rent a car I needed desperately. Because of a family emergency across the country. Called their phone to make sure they had one available. I was told they had several to choose from. Arrived and was then told they had NOTHING!! With 17 others waiting ahead of me on list. Never again!!

Dissatisfied with Enterprise.They require a 300 dollar deposit to get a rental and comes off immediately but after u drop off your rental,takes day for it to go back on your card.Alao they are very high for there rates.Will not use them again and I been a customer for alongtime. Cost me over $250 for a economy rental for 3 days 1 year ago that would been a weekly rate.Tried to say it was because they sold off there FLEET last year,so they low on inventory That is BS we gave small businesses help to survive from tax payer revenue.Not to get price gouged when economy starts moving again. I STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT REFUNDBEEN 4 DAYS

Needed a car while mine was being looked over at the dealership. When asked what type of vehicle I wanted I explained that I was only 5'1" and needed something I would be able to see over the steering wheel, lol. When I got there the gentleman at Enterprise had a car the same size and model as my car and it fit me perfectly. It's the little things vendors do that make me want to return if I need them again and Enterprise has certainly earned that with me. Thanks again for the excellent service.

Staff was very informative and listened to what my desires where. This was the cheapest place I have found within fifty miles. Rent a car for 5 days and get the weekend for free, unlimited miles. I would only suggest to check everything before you take off. I had a slow leak within the front passenger side tire.
