Took my daughter for a hair cut.. The stylist did great..& explained how she needed to take care of it.. Sad thing is only the 1 stylist.

I had a bad experience with a haircut at this location several years ago but had just moved back from out of state and needing a haircut desperately so decided to give them a second chance. I distinctly asked when I registered if they could do a stacked bob and was told YES. After waiting over 30 minutes even though I was told the wait time would only be 15 minutes, I was taken to the chair by the stylist. She asked if I wanted a shampoo and I told her no because I was in a hurry as my mom was waiting on me. She asked me about the stacked bob and I showed her a picture of the way my previous stylist had cut it and she asked a few questions and said OK. I told her I had very fine and thin hair and liked this style because of the extra volume it gave my hair. After cutting for a little while, she began telling me she was having difficulty getting my hair to stack. She said she thought maybe it was the color of my hair, my hair was contrary, my hair was too thick, etc. I have never been told in all my 50 years that I have thick hair! She continued to have difficulty and had to call another stylist over to help her 3 different times. She then used thinning shears on my hair and said that was the problem. My hair was too thick and the thinning shears helped it to stack! She cut the sides uneven and the back did not turn out as a stacked bob but a butchered up, thinned out mess with LESS volume than what I went in with. It is probably the worst haircut I have ever had and am probably going to make an appointment at a real salon to have it fixed. It took her over an hour to cut my hair and I was aggravated and just ready to get home since my poor mom was waiting in the car. I paid the bill and left. When I got home, I noticed on the receipt I was charged for a shampoo and a cut! They stylist did not shampoo my hair, did not use any product on my hair, did not style my hair and I paid $20.97 to have the worst cut I have ever had. I just wish she had told me she didn't know how to do a stacked bob and I would have GLADLY went elsewhere. Hindsight is 20/20!

I went in requesting a body perm in the back of my hair. What I received was a very tight "Poodle Perm" that really fried my hair that I had been growing out for the past year. Ended up having to get about an inch & a half cute off to help the looks. I feel like they left it on my hair way too long. Also for about 2 weeks my hair was falling out in blobs. VERY DISSATISFIED!

First time I got a dry cut! Hair came out ok nothing to race about. Then came to find out no senior discount or childrens. Then on top of hair cuts they are charging $3.95 to sterilize station. Which is probably is because they we closed for over a month. With people not working they have a lot of nerve charging to sterilize. Don't think I will return its price gouging!!!!
