I bought a new mod & tank while I was stopping in to look for resistors for mine. They we patient with me asking to see this top on that bottom, switching around every possible configuration, lol. They are knowledgeable & friendly as well as helpful. After going home I couldn't get my tank to work so the next day they gave me a different one of my choice, no charge.
