Hi Laura, Sorry this happened to you and your cousin. The bank was closed on Sunday when this happened and Monday due to Labor Day, but I hope that you were able to retrieve your cousin's ATM card. I checked with the staff at the branch and they indicated that they did not find a card stuck in the ATM. If you encounter this problem again, please contact the branch as soon as possible.
