Customer Service is terrible. Bankers do not know how to talk to people and are basically just there for a check and not to help people. I had an issue with fraud on my account and nothing was done to help me all they did was blame me. Never filed a claim like I asked so I ended up just closing my account. I would never recommend banking with them, not even as a last resort.

Went to withdraw at the atm and their atm ate my card and they said they’re not obligated to give it to me back because it’s not a US bank card, I always use his ATM as it’s near my house and I’ve never had any until today and someone was doing servicing on the ATM and he could’ve just got it out for me but they refuse due to the fact it was not a US bank card.

If you're the endorser saying it's made to you it's better to go inside and ask if there's is enough funds to cover the check.
Deposit in atm and it will give you an option for a receipt with a picture of check on it
After your loan is approved and booked, you can access the funds in your checking account immediately. Funds deposited to your account after 8 p.m. CT will be available for withdrawal, but will not post to your account until the next business day.
