Worse bank in my opinion. I got a overdraft fee which I thought I was signed up for protection when a company took money out , it left me overdrawn. Plus no one picks up a phone to speak with a representative. Switching banks for sure.

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with . The manager christina , is very rude and unprofessional. I went there the other day with a check drawn on Bank of America. The teller took my check to the manager . And when she returned she asked me were I got the check , as if I were a criminal and was trying to cash a fraudulent check. And told me it was not a valid check and not in there system. And the manager also wrote on my check with a black permanent marker RTM .Which means return to maker. I left and got a hold of the maker of the check . He instantly got a hold of Bank of America In New Jersey and they in turn tried to call the branch in hemet to resolve the issue . After five attempts while I was at the bank waiting to talk to the manager . They called me and said the bank in hemet would not answer the phone . After waiting for over an hour to talk to the manager , she sent one of the tellers to talk to me and tell me they would not honor the check and I would have to deposit the check in my account. Why was I told to deposit the check in my account when the manager said the check was fraudulent? So to prove my point I went to Check into cash check cashing and they verified the check and even with the big black letters RTM written on my check by the branch manager of Bank of America they cashed the check for me at a cost of $250 . The check was obviously valid and the branch manager at Bank of America Was full of $:!$@!!!! And was discriminating against me for what ever reason. She wasted 4hrs of my day and lied and tried to make me look like a criminal. And cost me $250 by not cashing my check that she should have cashed with no problem. I think Bank of America should hold her personally responsible for everything and should reimburse me for the check cashing fee of $250 I had to pay! Definitely the worst customer satisfaction I have ever experienced.

Lines are always long and they hardly ever have more than 2 tellers. I have a business account and even when their business line is open the teller who runs it is slow and unproductive. Management seems to think that socializing is more important than customer service. Hire more tellers or get managers to service teller windows instead of standing around doing nothing. I'd give this location half a star if I could.
