The hotel could use some work. Duct tape in place of whole ceiling windows in the pool area. Our rooms air conditioner was leaking onto the balcony (not unusual) but it was puddled up and had grown mossy and very slippery. Called the front desk,they apologized and said they would send maintenance up to fix the issue. No one came to fix it. Unsatisfactory! Told the front desk when checking out n they, again, apologized. Hopefully the issue is fixed before someone gets hurt. On a positive note, the view was amazing!

It was a quick staycation for valentines day! It was our first time at Park Vista. The Hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. For me the highlight of the stay is the indoor pool; It’s a nice size with slides and a hot tub. I booked a standard room with a mountain view (The view was nice maybe next time I will try the city view). The Front desk staff are very friendly! (Southern hospitality at It’s finest). I didn’t get a chance to try the bar or the hotel restaurant, but the price is typical for a hotel; $3 vending machine. They have an in-room refrigerator and a public microwave in each floor. I will definitely be back and get a more detailed review of the hotel, and more photos! Until next time Park Vista!

Dozens of bugs in our room and abysmal customer service. I have never had to interact with such rude people at the front desk of a hotel - even someone who had “admin” on her tag. We were told the price for the pet fee and when I made the reservation and when I checked in and both times I told them we were bringing two pets. When I checked out they said “oh well you have two pets so we have to charge you for the other one” even though I tried to explain to her that that’s the price I was given twice by two different people. So I will definitely be complaining to upper management. Editing to add that our complaint about the pet fee was taken care of and that the staff member I interacted with via email was very helpful in a timely manner.

Worse hotel experience ever! (and we stay at Park Vista before and loved it!!! But never again!) First, reserved two rooms with that connecting. Checked in via the app and confirmed two rooms that were connecting with the view we paid for. At check-in at the hotel was told that we could not have those rooms, nor could we get connecting rooms anywhere in hotel. Staff was rude, never said "sorry" nor offered any other solution for our family. Even called the Hilton help number and the phone person called hotel, could not get anything from them and sent us to next level of Hilton support and told us she was surprised at how rude they were to her. They allow dogs in the hotel now but because of the design (open lobby through the 15 floors) you can literally hear dogs barking if they in lobby or anywhere on your floor. Had to finally contact from desk because a dog would park non stop in the afternoon (guessing when owner was away) Then one day a semi got stuck going up the hill and were (and all the guest) were stuck in the hotel for multiple hours with no way but to walk in the rain up and down the huge hill!! So be aware while the views are awesome, the hotel staff is poor (at least the front desk and manger) and there is a chance you can get stuck at this location as there is only one road in and out from the hotel.
