They do not open at 8 am daily because staff doesn't know how to open the gate or doors. When management was asked why, "it can't be helped!" I realize staff is hard to find,but hiring warm rude incompetent people doesn't help. It makes the problem worse because it creates a poor business environment.

Me and my daughter arrived at this right at 6 pm. The young lady at the desk notarized documents for us and was very quick. The young man that was there was told he could clock out but he stayed and helped the other customers in line. If I could I would give 10 stars for the service. 10 stars for the professionalism of both workers.

We got there there right at 4pm at closing and there were customers inside but they had the door locked and would not let us in. Then a customer comes out and another man goes in and she takes his item. We came from Lenoir and we will never come back to this location.

Came in right before 6pm and closing time but Sam was so kind in helping make sure I had all I needed for a notary. I travel a lot and this was one of my better experiences in a UPS store.
