The staff was very helpful and friendly. Attention needs to be paid to outside cleanest. Parking lot was littered with beer cans and trash all around the grass areas. Young people, non guest gather in parking lot in front of lobby with cars parked and very loud music coming from them. They watch you come and go which in it's self is uncomfortable. This needs to be rectified.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was professional. The breakfast had very few items and could be alot better.

Clean and friendly but repairs needed. Shower head leaked to where it would soak the bathroom floor. Jacuzzi drain plug would not seal so it would not hold water. Had to work on it myself to have it slow the drain to be able to use it for about 20 minutes.

Excellent stay. We traveled on a busy weekend for viewing fall colors. We were unabe to find a room in Boone, so we had to take a fresh approach. I usually stay at one of the big "H" hotels, and was a little hesitant to book this room. So glad it worked out as it did - the staff was excellent - friendly and efficient. The rooms were basic , but far cleaner than the hotels we usually frequent. I was very impressed with how clean the space was - the cleanest room I have seen in a long time - kudos to the housekeeping staff! An all-around exceptional experience. Keep doing a great job - you should all be proud!
