This was by far one of the nicer stays my family has had with Marriott. I cannot say enough about the staff - every person we encountered was kind and always flashed a smile. The front desk staff was above and beyond with every shift. Especially the evenings. The gentleman who managed the overnight was the nicest and so helpful. We were in for a wedding and the kids collected in the lobby. The lady working the desk for that evening put on Disney+ and had a coloring contest for them. Then she posted the artwork behind the front desk to show them off. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything about our room was in working order and the pool was just right! We would come back to this area just to stay at the spot because it was such a positive experience! Thanks Fairfield Morganton - you are the best!

Hotel built March 2020...very clean with respectful and hospitable staff. Walking distance for many downtown locations. Highly recommend.

Very nice and new Rooms ! I Liked to stay there. But the breakfast situation is the worst i ever saw in a marriot Hotel. Only a very small selection. Sometimes the milk was missing, for the cereals. Sometimes they had a toaster but no Toast. The breakfast starts at 6.30, but mostly you don‘t Need to Show up until 6.45, because a lot of items are still missing.

The best stay we've ever had! Rooms were amazing, hotel clean, everything was perfect . The manager (Rebecca?) Is phenomenal and greets every guest amazingly. She goes above and beyond, anticipates your needs before you even realize you needed it. 100% best stay , best people. Thank you for an exceptional experience. All other hotels should learn and see how they do things here. There was nothing bad incould say
