Little Caesars Pizza

I placed an order ahead of time for 2 pizzas, 1 cheese, and 1 pepperoni, a crazy bread and sauce, and the m&m brownies. I arrived 20 minutes after my order was placed, and it was not ready, so I went back out to my car because they said it was in the oven... well I got it 20 minutes later, and when I got it home, they weren't lying, it had to have been in the oven, an hour and a half earlier... It was over cooked, dry, and the dough was quite obviously old dough. The crazy bread was barely crazy too. The only positive note was the 4 brownies I got, but those come prepackaged, so of course they go through quality assurance checks. The cashier's were extremely friendly, but the folks making the pizza not so much. I get it, customer service, and fast food isn't enjoyable work, I have been there, but taking pride in your work at any place these days is sorely lacking, and i understand that as well, but the patronizing sign, and the customer walking out with me concerned because they refused to give her her change was extremely disappointing.

The pizza I had no issue's with. The front desk worker at this location I did. Iv been here twice in the last two months and both time's the one working the front was very rude. no hi welcome to little Cesar's. No how can i help you. Instead it is what do you want in a rude manner. No customer service skills at all! They kinda just slamme your pizzas down with an attitude when it's ready. I will not be returning to this location for a while!!!!

We went on a very busy night for pizza. First time ever that pizza was not made and ready for pickup. Well worth the wait. Hot tasty pizza.

Always been fast and fresh especially when ya need it to be ....I'm sure we all have those days ....friendly service...only thing I dnt like is when the open it up and show it to you....no need in that....
