Came to Escobar to get a replacement diamond and resizing my wife’s and my wedding ring. Matt was fantastic. He took the time to educate me once again on the characteristics of a diamond (been 20yrs). He brought out quite a few samples for me to compare and ultimately choose. The process was painless and the customer service was great. Would highly recommend Escobar jewelers. They have high quality selection and most importantly, great customer service.

Joe Escobar Diamonds is a SOLID 5-star rating in my book. Not only is the store amazing with incredible inventory, but the staff is super friendly, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable. I have gotten a “diamond education” from them and I trust what they’re telling me. They truly want their customers to know about diamonds and gems and aren’t trying to just make a sale. I have gotten gifts from them, had them appraise my grandmother’s jewelry, made custom pieces, and most recently gotten my engagement ring there. I do not have enough good things to say about this store and the staff. They’re amazing and a MUST if you’re looking for unforgettable jewelry.

Redesigned rings for me and made them more meaningful; were patient with me. They just refurbished the channel setting of wedding rings which looked more beautiful than the day they were purchased. Highly recommend Joe Escobar for anybody looking to make a bigtime purchase. I bought my girlfriend (now wife) an engagement ring here, this was the first time buying jewelery or diamonds and they made the whole experience easy, stress free, and enjoyable. I went into the store with an idea of what I want and a ballpark price range. JE was able to get me a round center cut diamond about .15 karat above what I thought I would afford based on comparing to popular online marketplaces such as Blue Nile or Shane. The sales force here do not work on commission which makes this a GREAT spot for inexperienced diamond shoppers b/c less pressure. I was very pleased with the whole experience and came back for my wedding band as well. Great shop.
