I got a coupon. I called to see if they could take it. They said I had to be there. Thankfully I was right across the street, so I just drove over. I go in, still not knowing if they’ll take the coupon, and they say that I have to pre-pay first. They know very well it doesn’t work and they just are out for your money. And now after reading all the negative reviews, I’m glad that I walked out of there. The woman who would have cut my hair had so much color in her hair she legitimately looked like a clown. No thanks. Got a coupon? If so, welcome to Bait Clips. And no, I will not call or email customer service. You know you need to change these scummy practices.

I would recommend them. The place was clean and friendly staff. I always get a high and tight and they do a very super job. I can't say anything bad, because the service is top notch! Great job lady's keep up the great work!!
