oh, my goodness!!! the name says *physical therapy* but you could also add *emotional therapy.* never have i had such an experience of love (and they are not even family!!), compassion, personal connection, kindness, sweetness - need i say more??? the three gals who spent time w me - PRECIOUS time - were nicolette, kristen, and heena. what a blessing they all were to me. aaaaaaaand they absolutely did a super job on my leg injury. in addition to all the emotional connectivity. love this place to pieces, would love to go back someday:)))) well - guess what? i got to go back a few years later. as in right now!!! shoulder contusion. and this place is right on the level it was when i had my leg injury. am i allowed to mention names? alison, jennifer, and sean. absolutely the best and the kindest and the most encouraging PTs for sure. i obviously loved them enough my previous visit so that i did not hesitate to go back there again. even tho there are PT places closer to where we live in newark. i cannot thank these physical therapists enough for how they are handling my injury and ME !!!

Make the right decision! Go to Performance Physical Therapy in Hockessin, Delaware! Kristen and Sara were my amazing therapists. No one can believe I broke my kneecap on July 1 and after healing and therapy at PPT I am doing everything (and doing it better) than before my fall. These folks are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they care about your recovery! 10 Stars!!

Friendly & competent physical therapists. Sam Bachman went above & beyond in her analysis & care. I never felt rushed and always understood what she was doing & why. My time In her care made a huge difference in my pain & mobility. She also printed out directions & photos of exercises for me to continue at home. The facility is clean & well run. I never had to wait beyond my appointment time.

Barb, thanks for the question! We have to admit that in 30 years in practice, we had to google search that term. Our search revealed that it is an offshoot of Rolfing, coined by an attorney in Nevada who has had training in Rolfing. None of our therapists have taken that training. We see back patients every day, and do many manual techniques, but that isnt one of them.
