Rude representative on the phone, I lost my voice so I was trying to explain to him what was going on and he was being extremely rude and was acting like he didn’t understand me, if you’re going to have someone on the phone make sure that they understand simple terms in regards to a vehicle. That rude interaction was all I needed. Definitely won’t spend my money with them.

When I pulled up the lady was a jerk. I tried asking where to put my vehicle and she answered me in a rude way. She was very unfriendly. Although the oil change went smoothly. I will not be coming back to this jiffy lube.

Just had a part put on my car and radiator needed to be flushed out! I got it flushed and the paperwork said to bring it back with in 5 days I guess to see if it was good. I told them what was going on with the car and they wanted to diagnose the car with what they thought was wrong with it. I just wanted the service that I paid for because I told them already what was going on. I don’t feel they handled it properly!

First time here ,I came to get an oil change. SERVICE WAS SUPER FAST!!!! The staff here is so FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. Most places will try taking advantage and convince me to have services done that’s not even needed In my opinion because 1.)I am woman 2.)I’m by myself 3.) they wanna make more money.......That’s DEFINITELY NOT the case here . They are honest about what needs to be done and what can and cannot wait. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. Oh and the energy Brittany has is AMAZING😊 Wish I could give more than 5 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
