Ever since my fams house was on fire, we had to move in to this hotel and later on they were changing new management and staff while staying here for a while, everything was alright before the changing, and I believe that due to the hotel not going so well they probably change everything, and with the room service they won't knock or come and say room service no more ever since the change and mess up is that my fam went out and they went in cause no one was inside and clean what's what and now threw out some of our stuff in bags, it was alright before and the new staff, everyone is so nice and I'm very nice to them too, but I think it's the guy, the manager that's mad or irritated with everything and I don't even know about our deposit we done before the change and but it may be one of my family members fault too, but anybody else was fine, and they're always here 24/7 and always keep eye to see who's coming or not but guess they forget or something. I would recommend staying here only a day or few that's all.

This is probably one of the worst stays. The service is bad because they don't even come to our room to give us towels or toilet paper we always have to go back down there to ask them they don't even yell room service. The rooms smell like smoke and cigarettes. The wall is all broken and our mirror was broken down and they couldn't even come by and fix it. I hope we don't get charged for something we didn't do. Also, if we wanted friends or people they can only be here a couple minutes and if we're paying for it why can't we have them over. One time room service came in when we were gone after we came back most of our stuff was thrown away like WHY WOULD YOU GO THROUGH OUR STUFF WHEN IT CLEARLY ISNT YOURS AND YOUR JUST SUPPOSE TO CLEAN THE ROOM. The place is probably the worst stay I had in all my life this place doesn't even let other people sleep with 1 NIGHT LIKE ARE YOU PAYING FOR IT.

The staff was rude. I locked my key in my room and I needed to get in. They cut me another key and barked “ you need to bring that back”. I was taken by surprise on how she said it, and I asked her what she said. She barked it again. I said say please. She stated she didn’t have to and I better bring the key back. The next morning there was an older lady with silver hair. I greeted her with a smile and said good morning, trying to get a smile out of her. I just got a grimace as I asked for the manager. She Said she was the manger,( I didn’t believe that for a minute), I told her what happened the evening before and you could tell she could care less. On a scale of 1-10 the room was a 3. Service was a 0, and price was a 5 for what you get. DONT STAY HERE.

I travel from Florida to Boone,Morganton North Carolina maybe 2 times out the month and every time I stay here I don’t see what everyone is talking about. Front desk is very friendly, room is clean breakfast ain’t the best but don’t expect IHOP breakfast if you’re just paying $67 for your room. And what’s the problem about the deposit if you have the money there’s nothing to complain about, you’ll get it back eventually right? This is not the first motel I’ve stayed at and won’t be the last one but from my experience I see people love giving their bad reviews just because.. like seriously you paying $50 $67 for the room don’t expect a 5 star room.
