Used the app to place order. Was charged a different price then app. The girl even knew I had a free item but still charged me for it. Fast food caused me more time calling to try to correct the issue and having to go back to get refund. If you use app check your receipt you are probably being overcharged

2nd night in a row I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and got a chicken Patti on bread. No lettuce, a little tiny speck of mayo. Basically feel like they robbed me of money at this point. I'd be happy to change my review if someone could contact me but I doubt it as I tried calling them for over an hour when I got home to talk to a manager and the phone just rings and rings

My dad had to clean the tables before we ate! Both of the mangers were very unfriendly! the food was very bad wrong orders and even a raw burger unreal!! both of the mangers also had an attitude. we asked where our food was and one of them yelled are you yelling at him. then they threw the bags onto the counter! don’t go here it’s horrible.

DIRTY & UNSANITARY!!! I purchased a caramel frappe from this McDonalds and found A BUG in my drink. I called and asked to speak to the manager and a rude unprofessional woman told me that she was the manager, which I believe she was lying and was very rude and nasty about it. Overall, it was their fault for not making sure the machine was properly cleaned. The employee went out of her way to get smart with me about it instead of addressing the issue. No wonder she works at McDonalds. Absolutely disgusting!
