Dr. Knutson is simply the very best orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs hip or knee surgery. I had a total hip replacement and was walking with a cane less than two weeks post surgery.

You do not need a referral with a PPO insurance if you have an HMO you will need a referral from your primary physician. But regardless you should check with your insurance company to see if Dr. Knutson is in network with your insurance company.
