I went in considering buying cooktop but when I discovered they would be a $1000 I walked over to the repair side. The ignitor was not lighting the burners on the left side. I had the original paperwork and model number available when I talked to repair. They told me they thought they could fix it for around $300. So I hired them. They charged me to go out and look at it and assess the problem. Then they charged me a second time to go back to actually put the new part on bringing the total to over $500 now! Today, after my tenant Joel waited around all day, he then got a call saying they would be late. B&B shows up at 5:30; tells him they have the wrong part and will have to come back another time. His entire day was wasted. Cooktop still not fixed.

Excellent service. My washing machine began showing errors on control panel this AM. Even after resetting it would not start. I called B&B. They were scheduled to come out tomorrow. I asked if there were any cancellations today to please keep me in mind. They called back 15 min later and were able to come today. Davis (the technician) diagnosed the issue, made an adjustment to a switch, tested it, and the problem was resolved. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
