Came into this Establishment Monday afternoon to get assistance with a part that went bad in our shower. A shower cartridge that all the Big box stores were NO help with!!! I never got the guys name but he was super helpful helping me find the part online & come to find out its under warranty!!!!! I was there with my wife when the Dewalt sales rep came in. Will be using them again for all future plumbing repair parts!!!!! Michael Buchanan
