They were pretty busy but my order had items on it I'd asked to have left off. They asked for my name when I ordered but somehow had lost it before my order came out. So honestly I'm not sure i didn't end up with someone else's sub because of this honestly. It was still the right sub and right size, just not prepared as I'd asked for. I'd had subway the night before and it was perfect. Yet this visit left me wishing I'd have gone there instead. They might've made my sub correctly and it would've been cheaper. Just disappointed

Only positive things to say about this place. Never compare firehouse to a sub shop it is a whole different way of thinking on the sub game. I got the steamer and bowl of chili. They were awesome. I am stopping on my way home to grab a hero for my dinner tonight. It's about a three hour drive for me so it's all good. We do not have a firehouse subs in our location so on my visit to chapel Hill I made it count.
