I went in to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my sons and wasn’t even acknowledged. The lady behind the counter kept her head down working on paperwork. When I managed at Foot Locker, the customer was priority. I guess not anymore. I walked across the hall and gave them my business.

Foot Locker refuses legal tender. My son visited the Foot Locker location at The Streets at Southpoint Mall in Durham NC. He attempted to make a purchase with a $100 bill. The bill was genuine currency, affirmed with the counterfeit bill detection pen. It was refused because only new bills pass the "Fraud Fighter" device. Manager Kevin Tillman confirmed that this is store company policy.
