My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a short weekend birthday getaway. Our room was very clean. We received great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located. The price was decent for the quality of the room. We love the climate control A/C, that allows us to control the temperature by the push off a button on the wall. We always look for hotel rooms that do not have the floor units. Sometimes the floor units contain dust particles- which doesn't agree with our sinuses. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we plan to stay again in the near future.

When we arrived after the evening reception and checked in, we were never given a reception card for the next night that we would be there. In addition, my room details did not match my room. I went down and asked at the front desk specifically about Ethos Wellness rooms also offer refreshing coconut water, and a healthy snack. The front desk said, no that was extra on a Wellness floor. I showed him my reservation and he offered me a candy bar. I declined because my reservation details did not match the room I was in. I didn't even get to ask about aromatherapy pillow spray which was also included in the room description. I asked if we were in the correct room because the amenities did not match what I booked. I was assured that yes, I was and the 8th floor was the premium wellness floor but I was in a premium wellness suite. I stated I had 2 reservations combined but I had no problem combining the two reservations but the check in/room description was not up to what I expected.

The suite was perfect for our needs and the amenities nice. Made to order breakfast was very good. Surprised to find two used washcloths left in the bathroom and a few ants wandering around. The bed was diappointing. Anticipating a lovely cushion of comfort after a long drive, instead it was hard and unforgiving. What pushed it from 3 to 4 stars is the work area. It accommodated my needs perfectly as this was a working vacation...and the breakfast was outstanding.

First of all the greeting from Ms. Xena was outstanding. She was very polite, helpful and knew what I wanted before I even asked abs took care of my needs immediately. She made me felt like the Diamond member that I am. Second the room is amazing, from it being cleaned above standards and spacious. I can’t wait to try the restaurant and bar.!!! Thank you again Ms. Xena for a pleasant check in. Part 2 the food is wonderful. I had the steak tip sandwich is delightful to the pallet. One would expect for a steak tip sandwich to be kind of tough. Nevertheless, this steak is tender, season perfectly, the salté onion was juicy and not over cooked and the cheese was melted perfectly, and the meat was glazed just right. My waitress Maria was very very attentive, my glass never went below halfway not to mention she checked on me to see if I need anything at all, she will get a great tip. Overall this is by far one of the best or maybe the best place I’ve stayed in years. Wonderful staff I’m just speechless of how wonderful this place is. The price is even wonderful also.

As with most hotels, I would imagine yes but if they're not busy they may allow for an extra hour at no extra charge. This is up to the discretion if the front desk, however.
To be more clear can you leave your car there in between your departure flight from RDU and return flight to RDU if you stay there the night before departure flight and the night after return flight. There will be 7 days between departure and return.
