My room was next to the kitchen.. As they were setting up for breakfast every time they went in-and-out of the door the door slammed. I had a long drive ahead of me I was only able to get a few hours of sleep. The service was good breakfast host was very attentive. There were a couple of pictures missing from the bathroom.. If it wasn't for the door concert door constantly banging for a couple of hours I would have given a higher rating

Hotel is pretty clean, relatively well kept and the beds are comfortable. Water pressure not great. Good value for a very frequent traveler. Beware highway noise, even on the quiet side of the hotel. Not terrible but it is there.

This hotel needs to just start over. It's in a great location because it's right off 95. The room was old, the sheets were nasty. The bathroom had old used washcloths in there. The paint is coming off the bottom of the tub. The electric went out the night we got there. Mind you there wasn't an outage. Only the hotel was out. If you never been to a hotel with the lights off it's very scary. We will not be coming back here if we can prevent it.

First, the bed had a major dip in it - very uncomfortable. Tried to change, unable to do it. Then,the breakfast buffet was nonexistent. Apparently some appliance broke so no cooking and no alternative was provided. House keeping is limited - missing items in the room. No phone in the room to even call the front desk, no DO NOT DISTURB sign to keep housekeeping out, no local info available, no TV instructions. Finally, check out was 12 noon - we were leaving @10:30 am. My hubby went to take items to our vehicle a little after 10 am, but then couldn't get back into the room - his key had been deactivated.
