Had to walk so far for ice went to the first floor ice machine it said it was broke went to the second floor ice machine it said use the first floor ice machine. My bathroom smells like dog poop. We paid close to $200 for a room and we could’ve stayed in a nicer hotel for that price. We got charged a $20 pet fee which I understand but before used to be free. We have stayed in this hotel 2 to 3 other times when we travel to Florida and it seems like the management has changed because it was really dirty and unpleasant

Positive: Room was clean. Negative: Intercom and coffee machine was not working. We reported still no one came to fix it. This motel hot breakfast is worst and they should not even have it. They have bare minimum and very bad quality food. You had to ask for a banana literally.

The room was outdated and the bath was dirty. Our curtains didn’t work we had to rig them so they would close. I feel that for the room price over $100 😬🥲 they over charged. Yes there was breakfast 6 to 9 No bring up to your room though. The solarium where we sat had peeling wall paper near ceiling and water damage this site need a clean up.

Note for a future self: never stay here. The rooms smell very bad, I don’t have asthma but was looking for an inhaler as I couldn’t breath whole night. Bunch of hair in bathroom, feel like it never gets cleaned. I don’t know how this could be a 3 star hotel, 1 star max. On the bright side, the employees were really nice, probably the only reason why I give this place 2 stars not one
