My stay here was abruptly ended due to a staff member who told me and my husband that they had an larger party coming and they couldn’t honor our reservation! The front desk guy was very very rude about the situation and he failed to give me the correct number for corporate so I took it upon myself to call guest services to explain what they were doing to me and my family! I paid for a week and needed another week before my home becomes available for my family to move in! What I didn’t understand was how could my reservation not be honored when it was made two days prior to having to pay for another week! The guy was light skinned with dreaded hair no name tag was present at the time of my entire stay so I don’t know what his name was but he was very much unprofessional and disrespectful and he said he could help with getting another reservation at another WoodSpring but failed to do so! Instead he called or sent out an email to the other location’s giving my name and my husband’s names saying we’re on the do not rent list! Which was all done out of spite of me trying to get further information on why my reservation was not being honored! He lied and stated that I was giving him a hard time and more bad thing’s which is all an lie! I’m a very polite woman who respects all even in this unfair situation I still kept my composer and my class bc I didn’t see the reason of getting out of character bc of what happened! Even tho I probably had every right too I just don’t see an real point in that ! I truly regret staying there and paying 500 plus a week! I was never late on payments nor did I violate any policy’s! This hotel experience alone was one I would never forget and I hope the guy gets what he deserves for everything he’s caused against my family! I’m assuming that my call and complaints to the guest services was what pushed this guy to do all these things against my family! I am a mother of 5 and at the time the hotel had the amenities that suited my family best ! The stove and full refrigerator was the only thing I liked about that hotel ! They had roaches really bad and they charged for every little thing such as if your room keys are lost you would have to pay 25$ for another one they charged to clean the towels they offered as well! My overall experience was nothing I would ever want to relieve again ! Please take heed they are ran by an independent owner meaning they don’t have to have reasons for why they deny your reservation or stay! I wish it was something I could’ve done to alleviate my stress and anxiety from getting this unfair treatment ! My words of advice for anyone coming into town take caution when your choosing hotel’s here in Fayetteville the employees seem to have an issue with certain guest & an attitude of entitlement due to their job position! God bless and good luck to anyone who’s looking for a good hotel Fayetteville’s selection choice is few far and in between! Its horrible and the location’s are in bad areas!

Gotta give these guys 5 stars 🌟 for the price in the area , I travel and live in hotels 75 percent of my life , And the cleanliness is awesome and the manager She is awesome and professional!

My family and I arrived at 7:25 to find a note saying no one was there because of the holiday. It also said to call 500 from the wall phone for assistance. I called and the lady said it was the holidays and she was at home but would be there in 10-15 min. We waited 30. I called again. She said she was on her way. My baby is now soiled and crying. At some point we look up and 3 people are standing in front of the door. One vaping. I approached and asked if someone was working. The lady with the vape said she was and the others said they were guest (although they all arrived together, entered together and they stayed until I was kicked out). The lady said that she was at home for holiday and that it was on the website. I replied I didn’t want to hear it I have a dirty baby and needed to get to the room. She kept saying I can’t do this. She called her manager and repeated the story leaving out her tardiness, her “guest” , her attitude etc. I tried to share with the manager my perspective. The lady then says you can’t stay here. At this point I didn’t want to stay there. I let them know I would not give them a good review.

Booked online on their website not a third party. When my husband showed up he was told there were no rooms available and it didn’t matter that he paid or had a confirmation. He was exhausted and just needed a room. I sat on the phone all night being transferred trying to speak to someone but got no where. I’m hoping I can get a refund tomorrow but really it’s more important that he was able to stay somewhere safe and get rest.

Yes, but you pay the daily rate for the days you did stay...
I would believe that to be untrue, I stayed for over a year once when it was the value place and just recently spent a few weeks there.

Horrible Management there, and no, Even if you're only staying a night or 2 you have to pay for wifey I believe it's 3 or $4 A-day
