The bartender was on one this night.. not sure if she was tired or just being rude for no reason but nonetheless the food was great. They made a sauce for us that I made up and did a great job.. drinks were okay because a LIT should use Coke and not Pepsi. Definitely reasonable priced though. They stay open late and for that they get a good rating

This location has the worst management. Tonight we left after waiting a full hour with no end in sight for an available table. They told us the wait would be 30-45 minutes. Understandable considering it’s a weekend night, but there were multiple people asking the hostess when their table would be ready. Mind you, there were many tables available. Lack of employees can’t be the issue when there are a lot of them hanging around outside at one time. Don’t waste your time. Go to one of the other local restaurants with better management.

Did a DoorDash order. When it arrived I got about half the food I was supposed to. They were out of potato wedges but no one called me. They said they were going to substitute them with french fries. I got about enough french fries to fill a small container at McDonald’s. And I got the family bundle so I should’ve gotten a lot of french fries. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. The manager never even came to the phone.

I’m not trying to bash BWW’s, but tonight was unacceptable. We eat here all the time, and tonight’s experience was definitely not the best. I ended up spending $43 for food tonight. My chicken was raw, wings had no sauce on them, and lastly they gave us no sauce at all (ranch, cheese, etc).. I will definitely not be eating here for awhile.. I’m taking it personally tonight since I got a to go order. It’s like the workers didn’t want to make the food because yes I ordered at 8 pm but they had an hour to make the food? Again, I’m not trying to blame anyone or be a KAREN, but really BWWS?? Get it together seriously!
