Mocking Bird

Just overall bad. The food is bad and has weird after taste. I went two separate days trying to give them the benefit of the doubt after my food tasted weird the first day. Equally bad the second day. I'm sure it not the crews fault they just heat up the food, so I don't blame them. Sonic headquarters y'all need to improve the quality of your food because it's slack. I ordered a large fry and they stuffed it with ketchup so it wasn't the full serving. I'm not sure if they didn't have enough fries but they could have said "We don't have large fries right now" because they charged me for a large but gave me a small. Not going back.

This is quite possibly the worst sonic ever. Almost ever time I get a slush, it’s barely blended. I just left after waiting at the drive thru order speaker for 10 minutes. When I pulled up, someone told me to wait a minute. There was probably 3 cars in the stalls and no one in-front of me. I don’t know why I keep trying to give this sonic another chance. I might as well drive the distance to literally any other sonic.

Food was great. The person taking our order seemed overwhelmed and missed one of the combos. However, the young man that brought out our food (Tyreece?) and got the manager for us was AMAZING! So very polite! Then the district manager and her daughter cleared up the problem and fixed our order. Because if them we will go back!

We went to the drive through and waited 20 mins for a bag of ice!! Then went to the stall to pick up a app order that consisted of 2 ice waters and 2 sweet tea's and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. It's ridiculous!
