After waiting 30min for my $45 order the on duty manager want to fight with me over the fact they put the wrong dipping sauce in and wanted me to pay the .75 for the right ones. Food was hot and good. Management is horrible

I want to give a one but gave a 2 because the manager attempted to step in and help but the young lady correcting my order was AWFUL. My husband and I went through the drive thru and placed our order. He wanted coke and was told they were out so had to settle for tea (which was not good). We got our food and I had ordered a club and we both ordered fries. I had a piece of chicken with a pickle and my fries were not seasoned, neither was my husband's. We had no straws or napkins in our bag. I go in and the young lady at the counter was trying to assist me when a manager came up. She got my food and asked the young lady in the back to fix it. She got loud with the manager and started slamming stuff down. I got a piece of cheese thrown on my bread with some hard bacon. She literally threw the seasoning on the fries because when I opened my box, the seasoning was everywhere. I felt sorry for the manager but she should have took that young lady in the back and did what needed to be done. I didn't even eat the sandwich, I gave it to my dog. I went across the street and got a roast beef and cheese from Arby's (it was good btw and they had a coke - Nice job Arby's).

I ordered the family meal and if Zaxby's was low on sauces they should have just said that 🙄 every order of chicken had a Dab of sauce on them. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would've ordered them 🤬 Driest chicken EVER 🤦🏾‍♀️ I don't know what's going on but this is becoming a repeat occurrence. That chicken is too expensive for it to be a dry mess. Felt like I was eating a Popeyes biscuit 😂 OHH and I guess they were out of celery also 🙃 Ps this was a 70+ dollar order.

Literally the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been too, it doesn’t matter if you order online, order through the drive thru or order in person they seem to always mess up your order every single time I go there and then the employees always wanna catch and attitude and act like it’s your fault they completely screwed up your order, waited nearly 30 minutes for old soggy food that wasn’t even mine, chicken tasted like it had been re cooked, no employees wearing hairnets or gloves. every time I’ve been inside at night the employees stand around talking about all types of unprofessional subjects while a line backs up half way to McDonald’s , this place is complete garbage, to the owner I’ve read your generic responses, and I can see why this place struggles with customer service and nobody cares about the product they put out!
