They did my hair wrong the last time I was there, I showed them a picture of my hair short and thin and they only trimmed the front of my hair and not all around..They left my hair thick all around and short at the front....

I got an A line yesterday. I'm really not happy with the end results after coming home and drying it completely and styling with an straightener. She didn't blend it right and it's choppy. It's not shaped right, and there's one huge step in it, butched. Not a happy camper. Because it's not a lot of hair left to take anymore off! She tried telling me when I had looked and pointed out that line going across. "It was wet still mind you" she assured me it was because my hair was two different colors. She said go home and style it! She was in a hurry I feel like since her time to leave was at 4 and I showed up for her to fix the original visit prior. The worst part? They don't refund. They expect you'll just allow them to put scissors in your hair again. Like really? I'm not that dumb a second time. What a joke!
