when I entered all the workers were sitting at the booths and told me I had to order from the Kiosk. After I ordered my food I looked around and it was very dirty. Those workers should of been cleaning.

I just left the establishment maybe 30 minutes ago and did not make a deal about the fact they forgot to give me my drink. However the one time I not check my order to make sure that was ok they gave me something completely opposite. This location has been closed the most out of any other taco bell location recently. Seems to be going downhill quickly

The people were very friendly, but the quality of the food and the presentation was by far the worst I've seen. Take pride in your work, no matter where you are or what you do!!! I unfortunately won't be back. Crunchy tacos that were more shell than anything else, Also that is supposed to be supreme burrito, those things should be about that size after being cut in HALF!!! Also missing my nachos, and no receipt was given so I can't even prove I bought it.
