Me and my boyfriend ate here earlier tonight and it was a terrible experience. We were in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes to receive our food and our order was correct when we received it but it was a complete waste of $20. I got the chicken cheddar ranch sandwich and he got the buffalo chicken wrap and when he went to take a bite it completely fell apart and his fries were also cold. My sandwich was OK but the lettuce was very soggy. Honestly probably won’t be going back to that Arby’s location again. I will note there seemed to be a shortage on staff (there was only like 3 employees working) which might have been part of the problem and the staff were somewhat friendly I just wasn’t pleased with the wait and the quality.

Food was absolutely on point. The lobby was extremely clean and the restrooms well maintained. Staff was courteous and it’s one of those places that you look forward to going back to. No safety issues to report and is in a very good environment as well as easy to access and easy to leave (as far as traffic is concerned).

Ordered the new steakhouse wagyu burger and it was pretty good My two complaints on visitation to this location is number one the milkshake machine was not operating and two if you order a large french fry then the fry should be pretty full and pretty hot I found the exterior to be a little on the cool side maybe they have been sitting for a little bit too long before they were served. Otherwise staff was friendly and the lady who was preparing my burger was very meticulous and how she put things together So props there!

Food is always good, but they were out of roast beef on this visit. Really? It was Memorial day weekend, and a huge amount of beach traffic goes by here, maybe you should prepare for increased business.
