The customer service is amazing and the staff maintained their professionalism but the working conditions is unacceptable. How do you have your employees working with no air conditioning?!!! If we don’t want to sit in there, why would you think the employees would be okay working it the smothering heat?!!! Unacceptable!!!

TERRIBLE!!! spent over $50 and my family couldn't even eat it! Chicken was soggy, chicken livers burnt to a crisp, squashed biscuits. HUGE disappointment! Wish I could give 0 stars!!

I wish I could write a good review because I love some KFC. I even had to get my money back. They ran out of original recipe. That's no problem but you figure someone would know they were out already before they took my order. I tried to have it substituted with extra crispy but they only had dark me in that. I did not know that KFC doesn't offer complimentary water. You see the bottle of water? I had to buy that from KFC. That was my first really bad experience with KFC. Sorry guys I'd love to give a good review.

The K9 Center

We stopped in for a lovely meal today. The restaurant was clean and not very busy at all. The food was hot, and quite delicious. We had the chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The customer service was quite friendly and fast. I definitely look forward to coming back for another lunch!
