Positive: The shower was dirty, there was mildew and random hair on the floors. There was a huge urine stain on the mattress. The telephone had buttons missing and when I went to contact the front office, it continued to dial 911 (which was strange). Negative: I¿ll never stay here again.

Stayed here for a wedding. Was extremely clean and modern looking. Convenient, close to the highway, Walmart across the street, with decent food options nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We honestly had no issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

- [ ] I’m writing this review to inform everyone of the unpleasant experience that I had while staying at this property and the even worst experience that I’ve had with management and customer service. While making my reservation via telephone I was told one thing, when I arrived at the property to check in I was told something completely different, which in turn changed all of my travel plans. I contacted customer service to inform them of my unpleasant experience and requested a refund for my stay. After a few days of hearing nothing from the property or customer service, I decided to call for a second time. I was told that the property decided to refund me $20.00 for my stay which cost me over $160.00. I was completely insulted that I would be issued a $20.00 refund for misinformation that I received on behalf of Marriott. Being the fact that I’m a veteran and law enforcement officer, I travel quite a bit. However, I will no longer reside at any Marriott property here in the states or abroad. Marriott made over 13 Billion dollars in 2021. To issue someone a $20.00 refund for their stay is appalling and classless.

I previously stayed here 14 years ago, when my son was at ELON. Hotel has been totally updated with modern fixtures & soothing color palate! Love the bistro. Very clean. We stayed here a night on our trip to Atlanta and again on our way from Atlanta. Both times, staff was constantly cleaning frequently used surfaces; room and common area were spotless. Manager, Lisa was very personable and sincerely inviting. Way to go, Lisa and staff! Lots, lots of shopping in the area.
