The Dole pineapple soft serve is never working. Always put of order. The employees couldn't care less when asked about it. Why have these machines and advertise it, if you're not ever able to purchase it?! Get maintenance out there to fix the machines!! Horrible customer service.

My daughter went to get items that were missing in the bag once we realized it after getting home. The manager came to window with blonde hair yelling at my daughter about something that there fault we had to return to store. I wasn’t happy to hear this as a parent. No need to be rude manager. Everyone is not made to work with the public. Being nice is free. You get paid to do one job manager your workers and be nice to paying customers. Food wasn’t fresh cheese sticks cooking in old grease tots burnt. Very disappointed, very disrespectful manager. Your store gets more business when you are nice. I have spent a lot of money at this store. Rethinking where I will spend my hard earned bucks!! Very disappointed customer 😡😡😡😡😡

Went to order my food today . The girl Britt with purple hair was very rude didn’t wrap my food at all when i checked my food the whole sandwich fell out the wrapper. She rolled her eyes and walked away . They are very short staff which is understandable but to be rude when i wasn’t is completely unacceptable!

ordered wings online at 11:26 pm , came in and paid at around 11:40 i would say. the kind lady at the register called out to the kitchen to ask if my wings were ready , and the people in the kitchen did not respond, so the lady at the register told me she assumed they might still be working on them. we went over to wait, and 5 people who ordered way after us got their orders first. after waiting about 16 minutes in store, we asked the girl with pink hair in the kitchen if my food was ready , she asked if it was paid for. we told her yes, that the person at the register had asked for them a while ago. she continued to confirm that we paid, then gave us our food. when we started eating , we realized there was no old bay on our order (we ordered wings with garlic & old bay & wings tossed in old bay) and the food was honestly kind of cold. they also tossed the wings in the same container they served them to us in, so garlic leaked out all over onto the plain wings that were supposed to be old bay and the bag was very oily
