If possible, go to another location. Gone through this drive through several times. Each time something wrong with the order when we get home. - order of 16 had 9 wings - order of 12 had only 10 pieces - once ordered only dark meat, got only wings and drumsticks We keep going back here because this is the closest one. If possible, go to a place that has better reviews. I even see the one in Burlington does not have good reviews.

Do not go to this location unless you’re not really hungry or have an extra hour to hang around waiting on your food. I have tried this place several times and always have the same outcome. Waits are extremely long, rude customer service, my last attempt was to order pickup still had to wait 55 minutes to get my food was told to wait outside that a team member would bring my food and never did. Food was missing all my sides. So ridiculous. Employees smoking chilling with their friends on the parking lot instead of helping customers Do the customers and food chain a favor and close this junk. I will never in a million years go back here.

I came from Virginia and I passed by this Popeyes eating with my family. And the manager took my order but we took like 10min waiting for him to notice us even though there was no customer in front of us, and when he took our order he left me talking and he turn the other way . Then he came back and he had a attitude it’s like they don’t like their job even the manager has a poor customer service! The clients waiting and them playing around on the back . They need new management . I love Popeyes but with this kind of customer service I’m not coming back here again.

This location is as Ghetto as it comes. One of the staff members was using profanity. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. ( under normal circumstances I would have walked out when I initially saw the poor customer service, but I had time that day. I just wanted to see how this was going to play out). Meanwhile two managers I supposed were standing there counting a drawer. No one said I'll be with you or anything. Then the cashier finally asked me if I was ready to order as if I'm supposed to get their attention! He took my order. Then another guy coming from the drive thru was horse playing with him and wiping his nose with tissue or paper towel, I couldn't tell. Then he throws the tissue in the trash and proceeds to walk back in the kitchen to fix an order and didn't wash his hands. No one checked him. My order was already prepared which were only sides. So I just took my food a left. Fries were burnt tasting, I'm not sure if it was old oil or just overcooked. The red beans and rice was horrible. The rice was mushy and it looked like it was mixed all throughout the beans. I'm not use to that because I've only seen the rice on top. The mashed potatoes n gravy was good. That was the only thing. I'm sure I will never go back to this location and it was my first time ever going. I just happened to see the location while on my way home from out-of-town. First impressions are lasting impressions.
