Customer service was ok. Food was good. The professionalism of the staff is really bad... Staff having non work conversations and a little swearing... Totally unprofessional... They need to realize we (I) do not want to eat and hear about what is going on in their lives!!!

I live in cornelius and this wh on statesville is awful. The food is same as any other waffle house except that in the 6 years i have lived here they have never gotten the order right, and have never served it hot. I still eat at waffle house but not this one.

After waiting in line across the street from Wendy's drive thru for 20 minutes we pulled into Waffle House. We were seated served our food and out in 15 minutes. Delicious and fast food and great service.
