I haven't been to Wing Stop in a while. I used to go very often. Today I decided to go and I regret it. There was one person working. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she was all by herself. It was online order only. My wings were cold, no sauce and the other had were cold and wrong flavor. My fried corn was not even edible. It was hard and dry. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered online and it said it would be ready between 16-21 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes after I ordered. When I walked in employees were on their phones just talking. The lady at the front printed out my ticket and put the order to be made. I had to wait another 15 minutes to receive my food. One of the guys there threw trash out in the dumpster came back didn’t wash his hands and started handling food. On top of that the placed smelled and looked nasty, nothing was clean. My fries were super oily, cold and old. My wings were hard as rocks and tasted terrible. I will not come back nor recommend this location to anyone.

Sanitation grade is a 97!!! That's a really low grade for a restaurant but for this one, it's way too high! Should be an 87!!! Most horribly unkept restaurant I've ever been to! And I have been in some backwoods places! These people do not even try! The entire store needs a deep cleaning with a pressure washer! Even though the chicken is covered with a generous amount of flavors, you can still taste the old grease they cooked it in! CLOSE THIS LOCATION OR FIRE EVERYONE THERE AND FIND SOME DECENT HELP!

The wings at this Wingstop are absolutely delicious. It's not the best looking location. Staff seemed to be trained really well and pay very close attention to details. I love my chicken wings very well done. I normally order their Lemon Pepper and Bar B Que Wings. When my order was ready my chicken was very hot just the way that I like them. If you are looking for a Wingstop were the staff will make your wings just right then this is the location.
