Stopped in on Monday evening, 06/25/22 to grab some dinner after driving over 7 hours from out of state. Ordered 2 of their famous potato bowls. When we get home, we live about 10 miles away, we started to eat, first we noticed there was no cheese at all, then we find there is none of the popcorn chicken, it's all just crumbs from chicken they've cooked, absolutely no chicken. Tried to call them, last night, @ 8:00, no answer. When I called this evening on my way home from work, the first time, after I asked for a manager, I was hung up on, the second and third time, they said, hold on, then hung up after about 30 seconds of holding, the fourth and last time, they didn't even answer the phone again. Terrible terrible service. I work customer service and I would absolutely fire that kind of help that rubs your business away because they are too lazy to do their job.

Chicken was so burnt it's inedible. They had to see how burnt it was, also was overcharged. Bucket had all wings one piece that was maybe a thigh. But so burnt inedible . The whole staff, including the manager was very rude. Very very rude. So now I have potatoes and slaw to serve my son home from Afghanistan. I don't have gas to go back to KFC. I hope you all suffer war in your life. You'll know why this was so important to me. It's all he ask for, KFC. Never again. Oh and the manager wouldn't give me her name other than Anna. Would not give me any information about her district manager. So, if you bother to read reviews fix this! And if you read this Anna, you should quit. You are not doing your job. How do you not see burnt chicken? Of course I intend to tell everyone even people I don't know . Oh , I forgot to mention my dad is a retired district manager. Calling him now.

We ordered a bowl and a Nashville hot 3 piece strip meal. They didn't offer the deal with the bowl which is only .50 more for the drink. Then they gave us the order with no napkins or silverware to eat it with.

This is the WORST KFC I have ever been to. Spent $50 on chicken just to get home and find that I had no gravy for the potatoes. Speaking of the potatoes, they were 3 small scoops in the bowl, which was less than half the container when smashed down. They can't seem to tell the difference between chicken, because out of the 10 pieces, I had 1 thigh, 1 leg, 1 beast, and the rest were pieces (not even whole one's, most were just the wing tips) of wings. Save your money, and , even though I've never been there, go to Bojangles. Hell, go to lowes food.
