I came to Hardee’s 6/17/2022 Rebecca the store manager is extremely RUDE my opinion she does not deserve to represent HARDEES as a store manager she argued with me over a ham sandwich and made me deside not to ever go to this HARDEES location again

Ordered a combo & added a milkshake. After I paid I was told they were out of whip cream for the shake…disappointed but not a big deal. After waiting about 5 minutes I was handed my food & my shake. The shakes consistency was not that of a shake at all, more like chocolate milk. They offered to redo it - I agreed. Meanwhile as I look in my bag the fries which were upgraded to a large was only half full & they were cold. She returns with the shake which was only 3/4 of the way full then. When I questioned it I was told they could only put a certain amount of ice cream & milk into the cup which made no sense…which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard I’ve gotten shakes there before & they had always been full, it was not the e difference in the whip cream. I then told them I had just paid almost $13 for a partial order of fries & not full shake & I would just like my money back if this is the best they can do. Instead of being apologetic or trying to resolve the issue there was just clear attitude given. Once the card was refunded she wouldn’t give me a receipt saying a refund had been issued. I had to ask for “her” copy to take a picture of it. Total time wasted was 12 minutes for very poor customer service.

Just ordered the new bacon burger, got home and realized they didn't put bacon on it. Fiancee ordered a big hot ham and cheese and got a small one. Now I understand why the drive thru stays so dead.

If you see my review from a few months ago I had a horrible experience at this location.
The employees wear masks and gloves. I only use the drive thru but from what I've seen they use safety practices.
I'm pretty sure they stop selling breakfast at 10:30am.
They don't. You would have to use Uber eats or grub hub or some service like that
