I've stayed in quite a few Holiday Inn Express and I would not recommend this location. It's not well maintained. I stayed a week for business. It seems as if locals are living there. There are always the same people hanging around the inside and outside if the Hotel. I couldn't use the laundry room because if not lights and the foul smell. Only ice machine that worked was on first floor.

DON'T STAY HERE!!! I checked in and within 30 minutes there was a drug deal and bust by cops, dogs in most of the rooms smoking inside and outside. Drugs usage in rooms. And broken and extremely dirty conditions. My first room had been broken in to and you could open the catch from the hallway. They also refused to refund my money. Stay at a Hyatt or Hilton if you can. Holiday inn is becoming motel 6.

Breakfast was good, they had some items not available, but that was OK. Overall...very good. Although the breakfast staff does require some social customer skills. The hotel front desk was very helpful. Ice maker on our floor was not working. The elevator had a panel missing exposing wires. The weekend front desk staff was very kind and very helpful. The food items are a bit overpriced. We found the room very clean. The remote to the TV worked except for the power button. Understand the hotel is under renovations. No recognition as an IHG member or welcome bags as I have received from other hotels.

The hotel seemed ok when we checked in. Then found out the pool heater was not working. That was one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel and it was pet friendly. I stayed there for three nights. Our room was never cleaned. Bed, trash, and fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. They took the dirty towels and never replaced them. Then when I checked out I got another bill for the dogs $35.00 per dog per night. I had two. That fee was never addressed when I booked the hotel. I would never stay there again for the price and what amenities you get. I can barely give it one star.
