The pictures will deceive you. The rooms are not cleaned like suppose to be. The carpet in the rooms and hallways all need to be vacuumed and cleaned more. I refused to walk barefoot in anywhere in the hotel. My nieces feet were black just from her walking on the carpet. The bathroom was gross, toilet had pee stains and black hairs on it. The shower/tub moldy and someone’s left over soap left in it. I had to get my own wipes and spray just to clean the desk, tables and anything we’d touch while staying there. Walls were stained with what I could only imagine. The sofa bed mattress was stained and I refused to allow my daughter to sleep on it. Everything in the room was sticky and not clean. The hallways smelt of smoke and fish. The pool was closed and we weren’t told when I booked the reservation. The pool was the whole reason we were staying there. Breakfast was awful nothing to really choose from. The staff was nice but when I arrived I was given the key to a room that wasn’t clean and wasn’t even the room I reserved. The late night desk person made sure to tell us we could call down to the desk after we and other customers had stood at the front desk waiting for help for a good amount of time. The air in the room took til practically before we were checking out to work properly and cool down our room. Microwave was rusty not cleaned. I thought for sure the elevator was going to fall with us in it. Really was not worth what we paid and won’t be a staying at another Sleep Inn.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk in. The floors were filthy. So filthy they left my kids feet literally black after being barefoot for 10 minutes! And they have DOGS just hanging around being feed behind the counter. There were people that worked there that seriously looked like they were on something. No joke. We left not even checking in fully because no way would we feel comfortable and safe staying here! 🤮🤢

If there was a way to give zero stars, that would be great. This hotel is poorly managed, maintained, with underpaid staff, and clearly a corporate owner, Choice Hotels, that does not care about how their establishment are ran. The jets in the jacuzzi bathtub are covered in black mold, the toilet shakes around, the sofa was covered in white dog hair, the sofa bed mattress was filthy, they had no pillows for my kids for the sofa bed, there was water in the ice bucket from previous guests, no cups in the room, closet door broken. We were traveling to town to handle some very important family matters regarding the loss of a family member and this was the only hotel that would allow a dog, so unfortunately we are stuck here until the end of our trip. It is so frustrating to pay $125 a night for filth and clear disregard for guests. I have stayed at this hotel throughout the last 15 years and it used to be nice, but it is not anymore. If you do not need to stay with a pet, I would not stay here again.

Was a alright hotel till I called the front desk and got late check out and they said that was fine, well they gave me till 12 well before 12 they already had my stuff outsidr in a trash bag. I've stayed at hotels for my job everyweek and first time they disrespect me like this. There's were people partying all night with loud music and that morning trash everywhere. And the front desk is closed early and there's a junky at night that's suppose to help you with keys and stuff passed out standing there completely lumped over unbelievable
