Family and I have given 3 chances to this establishment. Last night, was the very last time. You can tell, from the outside looking in, that it is chaos behind those walls. No order as to who is supposed to be doing what, at what station. (I've worked in fast food, even at a Sonic at a local mall.) They cut you off on the speaker before establishing if you're finished ordering/before verifying they took it correctly. Our order was wrong for the 3rd time in a row. Walking behind moving vehicles trying to leave without a care in the world. People visiting their gfs that work there, leaving their doors open not caring if they block the drive way beside the drive thru. The bathroom is awful, and unclean. Attitude's like customers are intruding on their time (when our money is what provides their paychecks). We will not be going back. It's ridiculous. The Manager either needs to be notified that their team is pitiful, or they need to be fired so that an actual Manager can take over and run this establishment like it used to be. With respect.

Went thru drive thru for a quick snack and cold drinks. Some of the menu was unavailable (the grilled chicken wraps due to no grilled chicken). Drink orders were done correctly. I prefer grilled chicken items over fried ones so ended up not buying any food items.

Horrible service. Ordered fries and tator tots and they both came out cold. Asked for fresh ones and sat there for 20 mins waiting. Hit the red button and they said they would be right out with them. We waited another 20 mins and when i asked they had completely forgot and brought us out cold ones again. Probably won’t be back again

Used to frequent there. Last Sat I waited 15 minutes after being acknowledged by person on speaker. Asked if I could wait and said sure. The screen recycled after 15 minutes waiting. Pressed the call button as directed and was screamed at sarcastically by the girl on the speaker. I told her nevermind and left. Will NEVER go back there again!!!!!
