I went in because I thought I had to buy a new phone. The representative pulled up the account and said he could file the phone on my insurance and get a new one to me the next day. Saved me money and was pleasant to deal with!

Someone please get Ms. Kayla some assistance. Feeling offended with her disregard for my time and the sweet older Asian lady who was behind my me. I had been waiting 15 minutes before she finally acknowledged me being in the store. I was the only ther person in the store atm first of all outside of the other employee and the person they were serving. And yes she saw me walk in. When she finished asked my information and then proceeded to service 2 middle aged white ladies who she saw walk in while she asked my phone number. Stating I'm only helping them with their bill... like???? 🤦🏾‍♀️

This was the most frustrating experience. I wanted to upgrade my phone, the guy that "helped" me didn't take any of my information to even begin looking at my plan, he was was not helpful when I asked about phone options. He asked what I was looking for and I said I didn't want an IPhone, and he just lazily pointed to the Samsung phones and said we have these. There was no information about how much the phone cost, no monthly payment information. When I asked about that all he said was that they didn't have many phones in stock. No help what so ever. This was the worst trip I've ever had. I guess I will go online, not that that will be easy. Verizon y'all need to figure out your customer service, or you are going to lose a lot of customers.
